She did say "formerly". Maybe she is aware that she is off her nut, and is no longer, in any real sense, Rosie. I've never watched her show, though, so I can't state for certain that this is any different than what she may usually spout.

I used to watch her show from time to time, kind of in the same way people can't help but look at car wrecks. She has always been off her nut.
