Diet: Day 2

Still have managed to not eat anything I'm not supposed to. Haven't gotten any of the expected headaches from caffeine withdrawal so it seems entirely possible that I can't become addicted to caffeine. Had some yogurt for breakfast instead of my normal plate-sized cinnamon bun slathered in butter with a half liter of chocolate milk. The scale still screams in pain when I stand on it. Tonight should be easier at work because I remembered to bring a snack (mmmmm dried apricots), nothing in the vending machine is even remotely close to healthy.

Ahhh-caffeine withdrawl..wait for day 3...stock up on the Advil migraine liqui-gels-I found them to be my best friend when I gave up the horribly addicting stuff.

I acctually haven't had any caffeine since the incredibly yummy Espresso Porter that Mitch whipped up for Firkin Friday and I'm doing fine.
