I have still managed to stick to the plan, haven't had anything that even resembles junk food in 4 days. The scale still doesn't like me. Had my first restaurant meal of the week today, a steak pita and a bottle of water, it was tasty and I didn't have to cook it. I need to exercise still, I tried doing some sit-ups when I got home from work the other day but I was tired and my big fat gut wasn't helping matters either, I think I'm going to have to walk off the first 30 pounds or so.

Due to the advanced state of atrophy that your body is in ab crunches may be better for you than sit ups.
Dieting is clearly a +EV life decision.
