In a scene from 300, Spartan soldiers discover the victims of the Persian army's invasion of Greece hanging like Dali's clocks from a tree. The backdrop and most of the soldiers in this scene were created digitally, painstakingly colored and composed to match the frames of Frank Miller's graphic novel.
